After the basmalah; Praise be to the Ekh alone, and after that, Imam Al-Ajmal Hussam Al-Din says detailing what differed on the issues of commonness and what was agreed upon. The discussion about knowing the issues of commonness is in four chapters - which is the taqiyyat of the contract, and the answer is equal in the two sections, which is the common one, which is capable of division, and the common one, which does not tolerate division, because what is (such-and-such) is the impediment that includes both sections, which is the taqiyyat of the contract.
