The first of them is: Praise be to God alone. He has fulfilled His promise and given victory to His servant... This is a message about the patient’s achievements... and a hasty explanation of the ruling on female donors on the verge of death... So we say: The companions, and even the scholars, apparently agreed, as more than one has claimed, that a will is only permissible in a third - the last of which is: The Sheikh went in T., Ibn Babawayh, Ibn Al-Junaid, Al-Muhaqqiq and Al-Allamah in most of their fatwas, with the appearance of hesitation from Al-Allamah in the Book of Al-Hijr from Al-Irshad and like Al-Muhaqqiq in the Book of Al-Wasl from Al-Sharia’. The doubts and other later scholars indicate that they are one-third, and it appears from the jurist that he agrees with the first statement
