A collection of two texts copied in Ottoman Turkish, each written in a different hand. Each page of polished laid paper consists of 19 lines of script in black ink. The first part consists of a copy of the Bāhnāmah-i pādishāhī, a 13th century health manual which discusses restorative and curative medicines, sexual stimulants, and aphrodisiacs. The second part, a copy of the A'cebü'l-acâyib, is an encyclopedia originally composed in 1438 and consisting of three parts, on arithmetic, flora and fauna, and mining. Both parts are followed by 38 unnumbered blank pages.
