An illustrated treatise on human anatomy, usually referred to as Tashrīh-i Mansūrī (Mansūr's Anatomy). Copied 14 Muḥarram 1121? H/March 27, 1661 in large nastaʻlīq black ink. Significant words and headings picked out in red. The written surface measures 13.5 cm x 23.5 cm, 24 lines to a page. Contains 6 anatomical, multicolor illustrations. Six further unfinished or preparatory diagrams were probably used for teaching. The wove paper is of brown color. Binding is lacking. Incipit: "Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm, wa bihi nasta'in." End: "Wa-tamma bi-al-khayr fī shashr Shaʻbān al-Muʻaẓẓam sanat 1072 lil-Hijrah."
