Sample Text
[fol.1b] In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, from the book Al-Tafhim in Astrology, compiled by Abu Rayhan Ahmad Al-Biruni, may God have mercy on him. The astronomy is a spherical body that moves in its place, containing in its interior things that are not moving by nature, such as its movement while we are in its midst, and it is called an astronomy because of its rotation. His movement (etc.) - [fol.117b] ... and whoever goes beyond it loses himself and his industry due to the ridicule and ridicule it has reached now. Those who associate with it have carried it as a favor to those who have deviated from it, and God is the one who seeks help with the best (?) of what is found of this offer. Praise be to God for his good help as is its origin (?) and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his Prophet, his family, and his companions.
