[fol.17b] Ibn al-Siraj said, “God has opened the illusion of the flattening of the sphere and the illusion of cross-sections of great circles (etc.) — [fol.18a] ... And if the height is made a mile and the incline is a height and the excess of the circle is extracted, then the azimuth is complete, and God knows best, it is complete.”
