Durum	Sheet is intact on three sides. Recto right-hand edge has been cut along the entire length. Recto left-hand edge is soft - either a deckle edge or a torn edge. Coptic text appears to be later than Arabic - written on a re-used scrap cut from the end of the latter. As such, all margins of Coptic text appear preserved. Lateral folds at regular intervals indicate a folded document format.
Mizanpaj	Writing on both sides in black ink. Arabic text is paler than Coptic text and written at an oblique angle. Recto has 20 lines: 18 Coptic + 1 marginal Coptic + 1 Arabic. Verso has 16 lines: 14 Arabic + 2 Coptic.
