Recto: Right and bottom are missing. Extant opening formula includes: وزاد في احسانه اليك. The writer states that he requires the presence of certain people (وقد احتجت الى حضور اهل). Closing formula is missing. Verso: Beginning of a letter. Text opens after basmala with the blessing: حفظك الله. Mentions the maidservant of somebody: وما سلطت جاريتها. 'and her maidservant has not been granted the power'.
