Page from an account book, with amounts (in dirhams and raṭls) of silver (פצ׳ה), ‘blue’ (זרק) and kohl. The name Abū ʿIwaḍ b. ʿAbīs occurs twice, in one case along with ‘forty-eight dirhams of silver’. Some entries are crossed out.

T-S NS 292.52 is another leaf from the same account book. The same hand probably wrote T-S Misc.28.98, a letter to Moses Maimonides; the writer of which has been identified as Tamīm b. Joseph of Qalyūb (see T-S 13J20.12 for another example). It can be dated to the 12th c. therefore.; Associated manuscripts: T-S NS 292.52
