Recto: Traces of the initial blessing are extant: وسعادتك. Concerns trade. Mentions a quantity of baskets (قفف), expressed in Greek numerals, the arrival of a boat (مركب) at night. The addressee is asked to do something on Suturday, since the disbelievers are working today. Mentions a press (معصرة). Closes with the blessing with which it began. Verso: Address of the letter on the recto: لابى العباس اطال الله بقاه.
