Recto: The extant portion contains a long request introduced by the formula: ... فان رايت لاا افراك الله مكروها ان تتفضل باسعافك. The request extends over 6 lines, its closure being marked by the formula ان شا الله. Ends with the taṣliya. Verso: The writer comments on a letter he has received from the addressee: " ... " ورد على كتابكما وبذلك الخط الذى. Closes with taṣliya.
