Notes	Recto: First hand: fragment of a letter. The addressee is requested to send notification of his needs. Second hand: list of names of people and days of the week, apparently some kind of account. Verso: Document confirming receipt of money for hire of a mule. Opens, after basmala: الذى قبضت من حسين در همين الا ثلث ... فى كرى بغل 'What I have received from Ḥusayn is two dirhams less a third for the hire of a mule.'

Second hand, smaller script, final الف sometimes extends below the connecting stroke. س has teeth. The stroke of final ب is flat without bending up at the left end. Verso: د/ذ approximates to a straight stroke. س is written with teeth.
