Notes Recto: Hebrew poetry, possibly piyyuṭ. Verso: document from the Muslim proprietor of a caravanserai, Rawʿ al-Funduqānī b. Ḥamūd, who undertakes to transport all goods to the Ṣināʿa (‘the Arsenal’) that had evaded the payment of dues and all those for which customs had to be paid, whether they had been brought to his own place or to other caravanserais.
