Recto: court record of a hearing involving Abū l-Ḥasan b. Ḥātim and two surveyours appointed by the government to inspect the estates, concerning a house damaging the adjacent one. Dated 1447 of the Seleucid Era (= 1136 CE) and signed by Nathan b. Solomon ha-Kohen and Ḥalfon b. Manasseh (who also wrote the document). Verso: writing exercises (including quotations from Ruth 1), jottings and a draft of a court record mentioning ʿEli ha-Levi b. Ḥotam.
