Release form after a divorce between ʿAwāḍ al-Iskandarānī b. Moses Ṣedaqa ha-Levi the cantor (known as Ibn Niffīʿ) and Halāla bat Yešuʿa. Witnessed by Šabbat b. Maḥfūẓ al-Bannā’ (the builder) and Abū l-Ḵayr Ibn al-Iskandarānī, Judah ha-Levi b. Manasseh and Yaḥyā ha-Levi b. Abraham. Dated Nisan 1443 of the Seleucid Era (= 1132 CE). Written under the authority of the Gaʾon Maṣliaḥ ha-Kohen by Ḥalfon b. Manasseh (who also signs the document). Also signed by Nathan ha-Kohen b. Solomon and ʿIwāḍ b. Baraka. Addendum concerning a betrothal between Šemarya (known as Maḥfūẓ) b. Yaḵin ha-Levi and Sitt al-Kull bat Abraham. Signed by Nathan ha-Kohen b. Solomon, Ṣedaqa b. Yefet and Ḥalfon b. Manasseh. Dated Nisan 1443 of the Seleucid Era (= 1132 CE).
