Legal document regulating payments after a divorce. Arye b. Judah from Fusṭāṭ married a woman (daughter of Elʿazar ha-Levi b. Solomon the teacher) in Cairo and wished to take her with him to Palermo, but the wife refused and this led to separation. Signed by Abraham b. Šemaʿya he-Ḥaver, and dated Ṭevet 1406 of the Seleucid Era (= 1095 CE).
