Recto: Saʿadya b. Yešuʿa gives power of attorney to Joseph b. Elʿazar the teacher in dealing with Jacob b. Nathan (known as Ibn Misbāḥ). Dated Marḥešvan 1461 of the Seleucid Era (= 1149 CE). In the left lower corner there is a note in a different (Spanish) hand, in which Abū l-Mufaḍḍal states that he sold wine and lists monies, including a sum derived from the sale of a slave girl. Verso: list recording the sale of wine with names (including al-Maḥallī and Abū l-Riḍā Ibn al-Tinnīsī) and quantities, in two different hands.
