This manuscript contains two works by Sijistānī, The Kitāb al-muʻammarīnff. 1r-66r (the book of the long lived) and the Kitāb al-waṣāyāff. 66v-103r (Book of injunctions). It appears to be the collection's oldest dated handwritten book on paper. The date is stated at the end of the second work on f. 103r to Rajab 428/May 1037 in a note. This copy of the Kitāb al-muʻammarīn, which is believed to be the only extant copy of the work has been edited and translated by Ignác Goldzieher (1850-1921) from a photograph of this manuscript sent to him in 1896 from Cambridge.

The beginning of the text f. 1v, the titles on f. 1r and a note at the end f. 103r are supplied in the handwriting of Shihāb al-Dīn Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Khafājī شهاب الدين احمد بن محمد الخفاج. The remainder of the work is in a much earlier hand, suggesting to correspond to the date as stated on f. 103r.
