Recto: part of a Karaite ketubba for Naʿama bat Nisi b. Jacob and Barakāt b. Daʾūd. The betrothal deed for this couple is T-S 16.109. Verso: inventory of items from the Babylonian synagogue in Fusṭāṭ that had been stored in the Palestinian synagogue. The list includes a great many books, including a 'codex of the Torah said to be in Rabbenu Saʿadya's handwriting' (ie in the handwriting of Saʿadya Gaʾon, line 18). The list is dated 8th Tammuz 1391 of the Seleucid Era (= 1080 CE). Another document is written in the lower margin, upside-down in relation to the list, in which Abraham ha-Levi b. Ṭoviyya sues Mubārak Joseph b. Josiah (known as Ibn al-Ḏahabī) regarding a debt.
