Basmala... Praise be to God who bestows the spoils on this nation and not on any other and singles out the Chosen One for selection... And then he says... Al-Sharnabulali informed him of what he hoped for from His Excellency. This is the Naqara of an issue that I called the orphaned pearl in the spoils to warn of the kind of stampeding it entails... Al-Um Al-Zayla’i, the explainer of the treasure, said that the Imam must divide the spoils and give out a fifth of it... - ...And the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Wherever Omar went, the truth is.” Such and such prevented him in the Resurrection and the Prophets, so the right is with Omar to abandon the division of the two lands by God, his companions, the diligent Imams and their followers until the Day of Judgment, and God Almighty is the One who grants success in what is between the brothers and servants...
