Basmalah, the chapter on naming man’s creation and softness. Abu Ubaid said, “I heard Abu Amr al-Shaybani say, ‘Noses are called courts, and one of them is muzzled.’ And the gestures are from humans and other things... — The last book of al-Gharib al-Musannaf on the authority of Abu Ubaid, may God Almighty have mercy on him... in the year 1114. Praise be to God who guided us to this, and we would not have been guided had God not guided us. This is followed by the Muqaddim by Abd al-Baqi, the writer, who enjoyed the presence of the One of Authentic Glory, the Most Generous.
