Basmalah. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and the end is for the righteous, and prayers be upon His Messenger Muhammad and his family all. Know, may God grant you and us success, that there are many types of knowledge, and the most important types to acquire are the issues of prayer. When I saw the desire of those quoted to acquire them, I picked up what frequently occurred and what they must have from the works of the predecessors... — Imam Fakhr al-Din Khan, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said in his fatwas: If he lightens the aggravated matter, his prayers are not invalidated except in his saying, Lord of the Worlds, or He recites: {Behold, we worship} without emphasis, his prayer will be invalidated... according to the words of the later scholars, and if he recites: {And the moon when it follows it} with emphasis, or he recites: {So We appoint} with emphasis, his prayer is not invalidated. Done.
