Basmala, praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions. As for what follows, it is mentioned in Al-Iyyah Sharh Al-Hidayah that the penalty for a crime that has a Shari’a ruling is made severe in determining the matter of corruption.... — The desired thing called the established Shari’a policy was fulfilled by the virtuous master, the perfect worker, Dada Effendi, may he have wide mercy, in the year 1114 AH. I finished writing this letter in the year 1198 AH, on a Tuesday of the month of Shawwal. At the hands of Ibn Othman... May God have mercy on him.
