Praise be to God who has bestowed His blessings upon His servants according to His wisdom... And then the poor servant... Hasan Al-Sharnabulali Al-Hanafi says... He was asked about a mortgagee who placed the mortgage on his house and locked it, then returned and found the mortgage lost... And I called it the goal of demand in mortgage if it is gone... — ... And the third saying that is noted for the custom is that if the custom among people is to leave without a custodian or guard, then there is no guarantee, otherwise he guarantees it and the fatwa is based on it, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad... Praise be to God, Lord. The worlds, and God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs, the best protector, and the best helper.
