Praise be to God, who remains and whoever is upon it, for the last is his authority after every authority... and I called it the excursion of the observers in the history of the rulers of Egypt from the caliphs and sultans... - and the emptiness of commenting on this great history was on the morning of the twenty-eighth of Dhul-Hijjah, the conclusion of the year 1039 of the Prophet’s Hijra, may the best prayers and peace be upon its owner.
