Basmalah, praise to the one who appeared in the sky of jihad as Badr, and thanks to the one who raised his remembrance to his family among the people... And then he says... Taha bin Muhanna Al-Jibrini... This is a book in which I mentioned recording the names of the people of Badr, which was compiled by the eminent scholar... Abd al-Latif bin Sheikh Ahmed Al-Buqa’i... and I also mentioned some of their antiquities... - ... This is what I intended to collect in detailing the names of these righteous people and mentioning their virtues and monuments, so I ask God, the Most Merciful, to make it Sincerely for his honorable face... May God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
