Surah Al-Ma'idah is entirely Medinan except for the saying: {This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you} <Al-Ma'idah:3> was revealed at Arafat. - And if they covered his legs, his head would be exposed, so the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, ordered them to cover...and they placed some of the Idhkhir on his feet, may God have mercy on him.
