Basmalah: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, praise of the thankful... The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Learn the religious duties and teach them to the people, for they are half of knowledge. Our scholars, may God have mercy on them, said: There are four rights related to the estate of a dead person. First, it begins with preparing and shrouding him... — ... If a group of people dies who are related to them and it is not known which of them died first, it is made as if they died together, so the wealth of each one of them goes to his living heirs, and some of the dead do not inherit from others. This is what is chosen, and Ali and Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with them, said: Some of them inherit from each other except for what each one of them inherited from the wealth of his friend. It was done with God’s help and good success, Q63.
