Letter S: I will tell you about people’s affairs and their morals. A man who is quick to anger and quick to lose has no sustenance for him or for him. And a man who is short of anger and quick to recover is for him and not for him. And a man who demands what is his and fulfills what is due for him is neither for him nor for him... - On the authority of Abu Malik Al-Ash’ari. The promised day is the Day of Resurrection and the witnessed day is the Day of Arafah and the witness is Friday. The sun has not risen or set on a day better than it, in which there is an hour that does not coincide with a Muslim servant who prays to God for good except that God responds to him.
