Basmalah... He said... Abu Yahya Zakaria Al-Ansari Al-Shafi’i... Praise be to God who has opened our chests to explain the hadiths of the best of human beings and has enabled us to refine the rulings they contain... And after that, I had summarized a book that I called Al-I’lam bi’l-Hadith Al-Ahkam, and now I wanted to explain it in a way that solves its words... I called it Fath Al-Alam bi Sharh Al-I’lam bi’ Hadith Al-Ahkam, and God is the guide to the best path... - And the land mentioned is half the land of Fadak and a third of the land of Wadi Al-Qura. And an arrow from the fifth of Khaybar and cleared from the land of Banu Nusayra, and God knows best, and praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, companions, wives and descendants...
