It bears the title and seal of the Mahmudiya School.

When he mentioned the lease on one condition without relating to two conditions, and mentioned that which invalidates the contract and is contrary to the requirements of the contract, he began here to mention the lease on one of the two conditions because the two are after the one... - He said in Al-Shamil and others: If the traveler was in a tent gathering his belongings in it and a thief stole it, he would cut off; Because it is in the status of a house, even if the tent itself was stolen, it would not be cut off; Because it is the same record, so it is preserved by someone else, not because it is preserved by someone else, and God knows best. This is the end of the sixth notebook of the book Ghayat al-Bayan fi Sharh al-Hidaya, and it is followed in the seventh: a chapter on how to cut and prove it, God willing, with His grace and generosity.
