Bismillah, praise be to God who has enabled us to understand the religion which... His solid rope, His clear bounty, the inheritance of the prophets and messengers, and His irrefutable proof upon all creation... And prayers and peace be upon the best of His creation, Muhammad, the Messenger, as a mercy to the worlds. Then the one who lacks his rich Lord, Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Halabi, says: Some of those seeking benefit have asked me to compile a book for him that includes the issues of Al-Quduri... - I may have mentioned some of the issues in some of the books mentioned elsewhere. And in other places, in another place, so I contented myself with mentioning it in one of the two places, then I added many issues regarding guidance and from the Bahrain Council, and I did not add anything in other places... And God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs, the best protector, and the best helper.
