The completion of a copy was on the blessed Thursday, the eighth month of Dhul-Qa’dah, of the months of the year one thousand sixty-eight of the Prophet’s Hijra, at the hands of the poorest of the people, Omar bin Ahmed Al-Siddiqi. May God forgive him, his parents, and all Muslims, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master. Muhammad and his family and companions, and may peace be upon him abundantly until the Day of Judgment, its author.
