Notes	A good copy with comments, written in black ink, and the titles in red ink. It was affected by moisture from the bottom without any effect. It was named on the cover page: (The Survival of the Summary of Al-Shifa by Ibn Sina), and in the index paper it was attributed to Al-Tabrizi. It was mentioned that Al-Tabrizi had a summary of Al-Shifa. I did not see in the manuscript any evidence that it was his authorship, except that it was written before the first page (the author of the review mentioned that it was abridged by Al-Tabrizi), and I could not find the designation. Al-Tabrizi’s book on salvation, but they mention it under the name Mukhtasar Al-Shifa, and God knows best.

They asked me to begin it by making use of the principles of logic, then I recite it with the same from the science of physics, then I cite from the science of geometry and arithmetic what is not useful in it in knowing the amount of proof that is useful to me... - ...If you would like to know that, then request it in our book, which is called Al-Shifa. The logic is complete, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... followed by the first article on natural sciences.
