Basmala... Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... And then he says... Al-Sharnabulali... And I named it Hussam of the verified rulers to repel the invaders attacking the endowments of Muslims. I summarized it from my treatise called “Good Descriptions” in Preserving Endowments that I collected when they ransacked from the sale of an unheard-of endowment for sale. I sold it and its buyer stopped it after repeated buying and selling. Some of them said it was accepted because it was not stipulated for it... So the dispute over whether or not to accept the hinah occurred only due to a contradiction as to whether the one who established the evidence was the seller... and this is the right of the poor. We have established the proof and argument to prove it and rejected the ambiguities and suspicions...
