The Basmala... Surah Al-Kahf is Meccan... Praise be to God who sent down to His servant the Book, meaning the Qur’an, that he ordained merit, and praise for its revelation is a warning that it is the greatest of His blessings, and that is because it is the guide to what is within it for the perfection of the servants and the one who calls for what is through it the well-being of the people is regulated... - (of Paradise and the people) is a clarification of obsessiveness... and it was said to be a clarification to the people that what is meant by it is what encompasses the heavy, and in it is arbitrariness, except that the people are meant by it for saying, “The Day He will be called.” The preacher... on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, whoever recites Al-Mu’awwidhatayn, it is as if he has read the books that God Almighty has revealed, and this book has been completed...
