Basmalah, Praise be to God, sufficient and peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen, and after: Then the one who lacks the forgiveness of the All-Glorious and Creator, Ali bin Sultan Muhammad Al-Qari, says that there arose an issue in which the jurists of the era were disturbed, which is that the pilgrim’s residence on behalf of someone else if he skips the remaining ones without ihram, is he violating... - After writing this I saw a picture of a question that was raised to the Sheikh of Islam and the most eminent scholar, Sheikh Nour al-Din Ali al-Maqdisi in the protected Egypt... I know that the letter was completed by Sharif, written by Ali bin Ghanem Al-Maqdisi Al-Hanafi with the help of Al-Wahhab in the year 1131 AH.
