Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Ahmad, who is called the Hanafi Imam. God Almighty has facilitated my acquaintance with some of the rules on which the jurisprudence of the greatest Imam is based... along with what God wills, in explaining the knowledge of the judiciary and what is related to it... — ... As for the one who did not prove but knew and did not act, he is below the one who neither knew nor did it, for in such cases it is said that one committed two sins and the other committed two sins. He committed one disobedience, and God knows best. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions and grant him eternal peace until the Day of Judgment, Amen, Amen.
