Basmalah... the book of sales. Its plural is an indication of its different types, which are eight types, and the word “buying and selling” refers to what the other calls it, so they are among the common terms between the opposite meanings, and the reality of sale is linguistically: ownership of money for money, and the Sharia added to it the restriction of mutual consent... — With praise to the One Who is the Grantor of Blessings and Graces, it has concluded what we intended in explaining the attainment of the desired path to peace. We ask God to make it one of the reasons for entering the House of Peace... and to place in the pages of good deeds what the pens have recorded in it and elsewhere, and to benefit people through it...
