Know that the authors, at the beginning of their writing, gave precedence to praise and said, “In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,” following the style of the Glorious Book and in accordance with what was unanimously agreed upon, and in compliance with the hadith of the beginning, which is his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Then the “ba” in “In the Name of God” is for the ambiguity, according to Al-Zamakhshari, and the judge’s ham is for seeking help... — ...
