This is a nice history in which I translated the Caliphs, the Commanders of the Faithful who rose... and the nation from the era of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq to our present era in the order of their time, the first to the first, and I mentioned in the translation of each of them the surprising incidents that occurred in their days... - The completion of the commentary of this blessed copy was on the blessed Saturday, the twenty-sixth of the month of God, Rajab, in the year thirteen thousand after the Prophet’s Hijra... at the hands of the Faqir... Muhibb al-Din... Ahmad ibn al-Faqir, Muhibb al-Din al-Abudri... Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
