The copy bears traces of moisture, liquids, and restoration affecting the text on some pages.

The Sheikh, the eminent Imam, the one who revived the Sunnah, the Nasser of the Hadith, the Sheikh of Islam, Abu Muhammad Al-Hussein bin Masoud Al-Baghawi, said... As for what follows, these words came from the beginning of prophecy and Sunnahs that came from the source of the message... — ... on the authority of Anas, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “The example of my nation is like rain, and it is not known whether it will be good or whether it will end....” Completing the writing of this honorable book... at the hands of the poor servant... Muhammad bin Ayyub Al-Qurashi... Oh God, forgive me and my parents and all believers with your mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful.
