Praise be to God who made worship the key to happiness, the aspiration of sovereignty, granting goodness and increase, and made prayer the pillar of its standing, the pinnacle of its hump, and the pillar of its rulings... And then the one who lacks the mercy of his Lord, the Rich, says Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Halabi. I had explained the book “Muniyat al-Musali” in detail and called it “Ghanyat al-Mutamali,” but I saw in it some prolongation that might be necessary for beginners and seekers of piety, so I wanted to summarize the benefits of its evidence... — The book has been explained. The wish of the praying person, with the help of God, King Al-Wahhab, at the hands of the most despicable students and those most in need of the mercy of his Lord Al-Wahhab, Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Abu Bakr. May God forgive him and his parents and be kind to them and to him on Tuesday the twenty-second of the blessed month of Dhul-Hijjah in the village of Abu Tahir in the year one thousand twenty-seven... and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, and peace always, uninterrupted until the Day of Resurrection and Return, completed in the year 1117
