The basmala... We thank our Lord for the blessings He bestowed upon us. He poured down from the cover and guided us to the right source and called us to the white pilgrimage... As for what follows, he pointed to me a ruling from His sign... and I gnawed at the point of browsing and tracing and came up with the names of the books quoted from them... and I contented myself with mentioning one book of the rulings that I found in all... and I designated each by name and arranged its chapters in the order of guidance and I called it fatwas. The Tatar Khanate... - Even if one of them received something from it, the owner had the right to share it with him. If the owner received his share and then the owner of the sale authorized it, he did not have the right to share with the first in what he received, and he did not make the authorization in completion the same as permission in the beginning, unlike if the contracting party was one, and similarly if two men sold a slave on the condition that they had the option of three, and one of them approved and then approved the other, he did not share with him in what was received, and God Almighty knows... The part has been completed... and it is followed in the next part by the Book of Endowment...
