Basmala, and with it, praise be to God for His blessing, and blessings be upon His Prophet Muhammad and his family. His saying: This is part of the speech of refinement. Know that man has a theoretical power whose perfection is knowledge of the facts as they are, and the process of its perfection is doing things as they should be in order to achieve the happiness of the two worlds. Religion and philosophy have coincided in taking care of perfecting human souls in the two powers... - And similar to what Salam said. The best of the centuries is the century that I am in, then those after them, then those after them. And God knows best what is right.... We were able to complete it with the grace of the All-Knowing King... in the year one thousand eighty-seven in the city of Constantinople... Suda, the poor, poor man who confessed to inability and negligence, Othman bin Ismail... in the year one hundred and one thousand and ten in that city. May God forgive him, his parents, and all the believing men and women.
