In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God, who is united in the necessity of existence and survival, who is unique in complete power, glory and pride, the creator of the system of beings... and prayers be upon the best of creation, Muhammad, the most honorable of the prophets, and upon his family and his righteous and pious companions. The poor servant says... Muhammad ibn Mahmoud ibn Ahmad, who is called the most complete Babarti al-Hanafi... When I saw the book of wills attributed to the scholar...Abi Hanifa...I collected benefits for it from the words of the sheikhs... - ...and because of pardon On the authority of the infidel in a place other than pardon, because he denies the one who has been bestowed and sees that as a truth, nor is it the case with all other sins. The one who commits it knows the one who bestowed the blessing and the pardon, so it is permissible to pardon him in wisdom. This is the last thing we mentioned in explaining this blessed commandment. May God make it sincere for His honorable face... in the year 1159.
