Basmala, praise be to God, the Most High, the Great... As for what follows, he says... Muhammad Abed... When I arrived in the honorable Mecca in the year 1236 AH, I was asked about the issue of an adult virgin whose marriage agency had been suspended after someone else told her to authorize Zaid with her mother’s consent, so the agent married him before her mother’s consent... So I proceeded with it in compliance with the order and called it with the correct statement the suspension of agency by restriction... - ... nothing prevents it except for her to say that she denied absolute agency. And I claim the restriction, as is well known to those who have been freed from built-up stupidity, this is what he freed... in compliance with that sheikh who is a scholar of the Qur’an and the hadiths as a scholar... Praise be to God first and last... and he knows best, secretly and publicly.
