Basmala, praise be to God for the one who bestowed upon us the treasure of pearls of guidance, the temptation of protection, the measure of sufficiency, and protected us from the pit of ignorance... in the beginning and the end, and blessings be upon his Prophet Muhammad... with the fullest care and ascension of knowledge, and upon his family and companions who waded into the confluence of the sea of guardianship... - End If a man stands and does not stipulate guardianship for himself or change it, then the position is permissible and guardianship is for the one who stood... The condition of the one who made the endowment is guardianship for himself, then it is guardianship, and if he does not stipulate, then there is no guardianship...
