Praise be to God for the comprehensiveness of His great blessings, and the achievement of jurisprudence in religion in the foundations of the dawn of Islam... And after all, the masters of reason are identical, and the transmitters agree that knowledge, even if its branches are diverse... However, the Book of Waving is one of the works of... Al-Samadani Sa’d Al-Millah and Al-Din Al-Taftazani... He was distinguished from among them by advantages that are not unique... And it is in my heart to write footnotes on it... So I started to footnote the Waving... - It is not permissible for the omission of prayer to be in the sentence. With excuses, and it is not permissible to waive the sanctity of abandoning it in general with excuses. This is the last thing we wanted to mention in the footnotes of the book, seeking the help of King Al-Wahhab. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, and may he grant abundant peace. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
