Basmalah, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad... Praise be to God, who enlightens the insights with the truths of His knowledge, and makes thoughts treasures of the minutes of His kindness... As for what follows: This is a precious book in which I mention the hadiths of the rulings that were narrated by our great Imam referred to. May God spirit his soul and return to us its secrets and revelations, which were agreed upon by the six imams Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, and Al-Tirmidhi... - Benevolence towards it through investigation and finding the truth... and it has fulfilled. It was edited over a period of four months last, on the eve of Monday, eight days ago, in the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the month of 1197 AH... In Egypt, may God protect it and all the countries of Islam with His grace and generosity, Amen, Amen, Amen.
